The cost of property styling in Sydney varies depending on the size of the property, the scope of the brief, and the hire period. As a general guide, most property styling packages are priced per room and quoted after an initial walkthrough.
Provided is an indicative price guideline. The final quotation is dependent on the size of the property, the access and the amount of furniture required.

Our fee includes delivery of furniture & accessories, assembly and styling, artwork hanging and pick up at completion of the sale campaign.
We have a refundable security bond of $500 inc GST that is payable at commencement of the hire period for occupied properties. At completion of the hire period and when the items have been returned, subject to no damages, we refund the full amount to you.
Payment is required upon acceptance of the quotation. We accept payment via direct bank transfer or, through our third-party payment provider, by Visa or MasterCard (surcharge fees apply). You may also choose the Pay Later option (additional fees may apply).
Standard property styling higher periods are typically 4–8 weeks, aligned with your sales campaign timeline. Will recommend the right option based on your agents strategy and expected time on market.
Extension hire period is available if required at a weekly hire rate – just let us know as early as possible.
We can offer a extension of hire. A weekly rental hire cost is included in your quote.
We recommend booking your property stylist as early as possible – ideally 2–4 weeks before your target styling date. The Sydney property market moves quickly, and our calendar fills up – particularly during peak selling seasons in spring and autumn. The earlier you lock us in, the more flexibility we have to create the best possible result for your property.
